What you'll do

• Complete resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose problems and make repairs under established policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing by inspecting, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, completing work, and inspecting results
• track maintenance inventory and report reorder needs
• document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• control expenses by repairing parts when possible and using materials and tools appropriately
• work a flexible schedule and on-call.
