What you'll do

• Learn Balance4ward’s consultative sales process
• communicate with clients and team members to confirm details, schedule meetings, and follow up
• own assigned projects from planning through completion
• participate in client visits, industry tours, and team meetings
• shadow the feed merchandising team
• create order history reports
• manage assigned open lists and order information.
