Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Assist the general manager in leading the team

• count cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• uphold brand standards
• ensure crew members follow checklists, store rules, and policies
• help shifts operate smoothly
• assist with weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
