Field Roof Inspector

The Field Roof Inspector role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with stated pay of $32–$40 per hour. Hancock Claims Consultants provides ladder-assist and property inspection services to insurance agencies to support claims management. The role exists to assess roof and property conditions for claims resolution and underwriting inspections. Inspectors evaluate steep and high roofs and interior and exterior damage, helping document property conditions and identify measures to prevent further damage until permanent repairs are completed.

• Conduct roof and property inspections, including assessments of steep and high roofs
• evaluate exterior and interior damage and perform underwriting property inspections
• use inspection technology to assess damage and help prevent further harm until permanent repairs are complete.
