What you'll do

• Review manufacturing documentation and supporting information
• assist with final product approval or rejection
• provide required final product data and disposition to USDA/CVB
• assist with internal and external inspections
• help create quality and manufacturing documentation forms
• enter data for material, product, and performance metrics
• handle confidential documents
• participate in continuous process improvement
• comply with and promote safety requirements.
