The accountant manages product costing, margin analysis, and standard costing for manufactured homes and options. Accurate bills of material, pricing files, inventory valuation, and cost information support production and pricing decisions across the business.

What you'll do

• Maintain product costs and bills of material in Navision
• update model and option costs
• maintain standard construction specifications and price files
• audit production bills of material
• approve job orders before production
• track commodity costs and material surcharges
• assist with inventory counts and valuation
• manage purchase price variances
• support accounting for inventory and cost of goods sold.

Why this role
