The Maintenance and Environmental Services Assistant works onsite in Fort Myers, FL. Pay is $18 per hour. The role supports Charter Senior Living’s senior living community and its goal of providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. The assistant helps keep the community clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained, supporting residents’ daily quality of life through maintenance, environmental services, and transportation assistance.

What you'll do

• Assist with general maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections
• maintain apartments, common areas, grounds, equipment, and community appearance
• support basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• operate and maintain community vehicles and drive the van for resident transportation and outings as needed
• respond to maintenance requests and communicate with leadership and departments.

Why this role
