Second-Shift Bilingual Manager, Janitorial and Building Maintenance

The Second-Shift Bilingual Manager role is an onsite field-supervision position based in Perth Amboy, NJ, covering commercial client sites in Central New Jersey. The schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 PM for approximately four to six hours per night; typical hours are 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. The manager visits client locations to inspect work, support cleaning teams, address service and staffing issues, and report urgent concerns. Clear communication in Spanish and English helps maintain service quality and client satisfaction across assigned accounts.

What you'll do

• Visit commercial client locations during evening hours
• inspect cleaning and maintenance work for quality and scope compliance
• communicate instructions and feedback in English and Spanish
• supervise and support cleaning teams and independent contractors
• address attendance, call-out, supply, equipment, and service issues
• complete inspection reports
• communicate urgent concerns to management
• build crew relationships and support client satisfaction.
