Preschool Teacher

Job overview

The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Coppell, TX, with full-time schedules between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM; part-time schedules between 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM are also available. Pay is $13–$17 per hour. The Learning Experience’s teachers support children, families, and communities through early learning. The teacher creates a safe, welcoming classroom where young children learn and play, implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways suited to each child, and communicates children’s progress to families. The role also partners with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Create an engaging classroom for young children
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children according to their needs
• maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• communicate children’s activities and achievements to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions
• partner with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
