What you'll do

• Lead interior design projects from concept through execution
• develop concepts, spatial strategies, and material palettes
• design hospitality, multifamily, and food-and-beverage environments
• produce presentations, mood boards, renderings, and visual storytelling
• guide layouts, FF&E, custom elements, and finishes
• collaborate with technical, procurement, and construction teams
• mentor junior designers
• participate in client presentations and design reviews
• contribute to design standards and material library.
