Production Line Kitting Operations Lead — 2nd Shift

The Production Line Kitting Operations Lead works onsite in Ripon, WI, on second shift from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am. The stated salary range is $70,000–$85,000 per year. This role leads material handlers and kitting staff and coordinates material flow so production lines receive the right parts at the right time. It supports production continuity through inventory control, communication across production and warehouse teams, safe handling, and workflow improvement.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coach union material handlers and kitting staff
• set schedules, train staff, manage performance, and resolve issues
• coordinate material delivery, kitting, inventory, and finished-goods routing
• work with production, warehouse, and buyers on material concerns, returns, and replacements
• monitor inventory and replenishment
• conduct audits and verify materials against production documentation
• oversee safe loading and unloading
• resolve supply-chain and transportation issues
• report on delivery times and inventory
• improve workflows
• approve time and vacation requests and ensure required training is completed.
