• Coordinate patient-order shipments and deliveries
• verify and pack items according to delivery tickets and quality standards
• arrange carrier and courier services, track deliveries, and resolve issues
• confirm signed delivery tickets
• oversee branch vehicles and records
• track assigned equipment and database information
• perform delivery-driver duties as required
• protect confidential and patient health information in accordance with applicable laws and HIPAA guidelines.
