What you'll do

• Contact customers to obtain documentation required for U.S. customs and government agencies
• research tariff codes through government websites
• process extension and shipment cancellation requests
• provide missing customer information for regulatory compliance
• communicate with internal and external departments and shipment locations
• review and verify documents for customs clearance
• assign shipments for correction and ensure accurate information is transmitted in DHL Clearance
• work overtime as required.
