School Bus Driver

Job overview

The School Bus Driver role is onsite in Idaho Falls, ID, with trips and route coverage assigned as work becomes available. Pay is $20 per hour. The role supports Mustang Transportation’s school routes and charter trips. The driver transports students and other passengers safely and professionally, preparing for routes and trips and keeping dispatch informed of changes. The position offers flexible, on-call opportunities but does not provide regular or guaranteed hours.

What you'll do

• Transport passengers on charter trips and/or daily school bus routes
• review trip details, routes, schedules, and fuel needs before departure
• complete vehicle inspections and report concerns
• keep the bus clean, organized, and ready
• keep dispatch informed when plans change
• provide friendly, attentive service to charter groups
• follow safety requirements and assigned endorsements.
