The Shift Supervisor role is onsite at SI Pierce Dining in Hoboken, NJ. Pay is $23.00 per hour. Gourmet Dining and Chartwells Higher Education serve fresh, local, and nutritious meals at college campuses. The supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift and ensures work expectations are completed while policies and procedures are maintained. The role supports unit quality, productivity, and safety through staff training, scheduling, performance oversight, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during a shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate worker performance and reward or discipline as appropriate
• prepare production or sales reports for management
• ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees.
