The Maintenance Supervisor, Champions Club Apartments role is onsite in Glen Allen, VA, with compensation of $31–$33 per hour. The supervisor supports Champions Club and CRH Management by overseeing property maintenance and repairs to help maintain safe, well-kept properties and support occupancy and operating income. The role leads maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and vendors, and ensures preventive maintenance and service requests are handled. It also oversees apartment readiness, common-area upkeep, maintenance supplies and expenses, and safe property operations for residents and staff.

What you'll do

• Assign and coordinate staff work, provide technical guidance, and review progress
• train and motivate maintenance technicians
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections and actions
• perform general apartment and facilities maintenance
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in and address maintenance requests
• coordinate outside vendors and contractors
• maintain grounds and common areas
• perform on-call emergency service as required
• monitor maintenance inventory, supplies, and expenses
• maintain properties in safe condition
• follow safety rules and use required protective equipment.
