What you'll do

• Lead and develop Operations Managers and assigned leaders
• oversee construction operations and projects across multiple markets
• manage operational P&L, revenue, labor, costs, forecasts, and margins
• monitor performance metrics and report risks
• build customer relationships and support growth
• plan staffing and resources with HR
• maintain safety, quality, and compliance
• lead EOS accountability meetings
• improve processes and operational efficiency
• collaborate with Finance, HR, Safety, Fleet, and PMO.
