The Landscape Enhancement Crew Member role is onsite in Fernandina Beach, FL. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The Greenery Inc. crew enhances and maintains commercial properties through landscaping and property improvement work. The role contributes to the appearance and upkeep of client properties by completing planting, lawn, irrigation, and hardscape tasks. Crew members use hand and power equipment, transport materials between sites, and keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Lay sod
• plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• water, fertilize, mulch, prune, trim, and weed
• remove or replant lawns and convert lawn areas to planters or planters to lawns
• dig trenches, prepare forms, and finish cement surfaces
• install sprinklers, irrigation systems, and mortarless segmental masonry wall units
• operate hand and power equipment
• transport tools, equipment, and materials between sites
• and maintain equipment and clean, organized work areas.

Why this role

The role may involve overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; working at elevated heights and near natural bodies of water; and lifting 40–50 pounds, occasionally up to 120 pounds with team assistance. Six months of commercial landscape experience is preferred but not required.
