What you'll do

• Respond to fire and property-damage emergencies
• serve as the first point of contact at active loss scenes
• secure emergency work authorizations and initiate mitigation
• coordinate and dispatch response crews
• assess damage and document new losses
• verify insurance coverage and work with adjusters
• communicate customer expectations, hazards, and property conditions to production teams
• maintain records and follow up on delayed or declined services
• develop referral relationships.
