What you'll do

• Advise clinical and corporate leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
• coach managers on leadership, communication, documentation, corrective action, and conflict resolution
• conduct employee relations investigations and recommend actions
• guide performance plans and sensitive employee matters
• conduct stay and exit interviews
• maintain employee records and support lifecycle transactions, I-9 compliance, benefits questions, open enrollment, HR service requests, and employment verifications
• monitor employment law changes
• analyze workforce metrics and recommend actions
• coordinate engagement initiatives and support HR programs.
