What you'll do

• Coordinate vendor setup and credit references
• review daily receiving logs and reconcile accounts payable invoices against quantities received and quoted prices
• communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues and track credits or rebills
• record material and labor costs and analyze variances during month-end accounting
• and complete additional assignments as directed by the Plant Accounting Manager.
