Overnight Caregiver

What you'll do

• Remain awake and alert throughout the accepted shift
• complete safety checks and monitor clients according to care plans
• assist with bedtime and morning routines, toileting, hygiene, mobility, repositioning, and meals as applicable
• provide medication reminders within the approved care plan
• perform assigned light housekeeping and laundry
• document care and observations
• report changes or concerns
• and provide a clear handoff to the incoming caregiver or approved representative.
