Compensation is $0 per year. The Electrical Estimator role is onsite in Ladson, SC, supporting Feyen Zylstra’s Carolina locations from its Charleston office. Feyen Zylstra designs, installs, and maintains electrical and low-voltage systems for customers in healthcare, industrial manufacturing, commercial, and data center industries. The estimator prepares detailed quantity takeoffs and project estimates, collaborating with field operations, purchasing, leadership, and project managers to produce accurate, complete bids for electrical construction work.

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and project estimates
• gather information through jobsite walkthroughs, vendor calls, and review meetings
• analyze bid documents, scope, material and labor costs, and vendor quotes
• maintain project data and dashboards
• meet deadlines and produce professional, accurate customer documents
• travel regionally to project sites as needed.
