What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients needing intravenous treatment
• administer intravenous therapeutic treatments as directed by a physician
• determine appropriate venipuncture or catheter sites
• observe IV treatment and record observations in medical records
• explain intravenous treatments and procedures to patients and families
• collaborate with other members of the health care team.

Why this role
