The role leads engineering design and contributes across planning, design, bidding, and construction. It supports project delivery through quality reviews, technical decisions, coordination, field oversight, client communication, and guidance for junior staff.

What you'll do

• Lead and independently complete engineering designs using professional judgment
• support or act as project manager by assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring progress
• perform QA/QC reviews
• make design decisions and coordinate project impacts
• identify and resolve technical, schedule, and budget issues
• support bidding and contractor selection and respond to contractor questions
• monitor construction and supervise field work
• prepare addenda, recommend change orders, and contribute to proposals
• communicate technical matters to clients
• sign and seal engineering documents and serve as technical expert or project manager on select projects.

Why this role
