The Commercial HVAC Installation Crew Lead is an onsite, full-time role in West Palm Beach, FL, paying $27–$30 per hour based on experience. The crew lead performs hands-on HVAC installation while coordinating daily jobsite activities and guiding installers. The role helps deliver safe, efficient, quality installations that meet project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes.

What you'll do

• Install rooftop units, curbs, roof penetrations, AC stands, ductwork, and other commercial HVAC equipment
• coordinate daily work with project managers and subcontractors
• assist with material planning
• monitor job progress
• conduct quality inspections
• identify and resolve field issues
• maintain safe and organized jobsites
• mentor less experienced installers
• communicate project updates
• help ensure work meets specifications, manufacturer requirements, and building codes.
