What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual/conventional or CNC machining work
• interpret blueprints, technical and engineering drawings, GD&T, process documentation, and job orders
• use precision measuring equipment, tooling, hand and power tools, and cutting techniques
• set up fixtures and equipment
• perform tool grinding and sharpening and OD/ID grinding
• guide, coach, or train less experienced staff
• follow safety procedures.
