What you'll do

• Perform expert-level preventive and break-fix maintenance and equipment improvements
• troubleshoot complex control systems
• use predictive technologies and interpret results for equipment assessment and proactive maintenance
• lead and participate in continuous improvement
• source parts and recommend reliability improvements
• maintain equipment and housekeeping standards
• investigate maintenance methods and update documentation
• analyze CMMS data
• prepare cost-analysis input
• train and coach technicians
• take project manager responsibilities when assigned
• follow safety policies.
