The Warehouse Lead — Day Shift role is onsite in Compton, CA. Compensation is $23 per hour. The lead supports warehouse operations and assists the warehouse supervisor. The role coordinates employees and warehouse processes to help ensure receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while following safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead employees or warehouse processes
• operate a forklift or yard goats when needed
• oversee receiving, picking, packing, or shipping areas
• guide employees and liaise with management
• follow safety procedures
• report injuries and submit injury documentation to HR
• train new hires and temporary workers when needed
• communicate requests for temporary helpers
• delegate work under warehouse manager supervision and approval
• generate reports as needed.
