What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop project managers
• oversee portfolio schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and customer satisfaction
• standardize project processes and tools
• manage resource planning
• report project health and recommend corrective actions
• partner with operations, engineering, sales, and quality
• drive continuous improvement and support hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.

Why this role
