What you'll do

• Lead and support the afterhours nursing team
• address urgent patient needs, admissions, transfers, and other afterhours inquiries
• oversee timely and accurate electronic medical record documentation
• collaborate on staffing assignments and scheduling for on-call coverage
• and provide hands-on nursing care to terminally ill patients when needed. The schedule rotates between two team leaders, including Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–8:00 AM on-call and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 AM–12:00 AM on-call, with every other weekend.
