What you'll do

• Review daily work assignments for regulatory compliance and staffing consistency
• plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct social-service programs
• interview residents or family members to obtain social histories
• explain Medicare, Medicaid, and other financial assistance programs
• refer residents and families to appropriate agencies
• collaborate on workflow efficiencies
• maintain a community and social-services referral file
• interpret department policies and procedures
• monitor regulations and professional standards and recommend policy changes to the Administrator.
