What you'll do

• Oversee Tier 1 NOC analysts
• monitor network, server, and application systems
• coordinate triage, logging, escalation, and resolution of incidents and service requests
• provide first-line escalation guidance
• document shift handoffs
• manage incident communications
• maintain awareness of network health
• enforce procedures and change policies
• review incident tickets
• coach staff
• support major incident response
• identify process improvements
• prepare shift reports
• assist with onboarding
• follow security and confidentiality standards.
