The Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager role is onsite in Erie, PA. Pay is $24.50–$58.40 per hour. The manager supports ERIEBANK’s commercial banking services for business customers. The role administers an assigned commercial loan portfolio, analyzes borrower and collateral information, and monitors credit risk and compliance. Timely reviews, documentation, and coordination with relationship managers help maintain sound lending relationships and meet customer and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned commercial loan portfolios
• review financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, leases, appraisals, and property reports
• analyze business performance, industry trends, and credit risk
• coordinate covenant monitoring and annual reviews
• prepare loan approvals, modifications, and annual reviews
• monitor construction-loan funding documentation and lines of credit
• coordinate renewals and maturities
• participate in customer calls
• recommend risk-rating changes
• maintain customer relationships
• validate borrowing-base certificates
• monitor portfolio reports and deadlines
• prepare files for auditors and regulators
• assist customers with bank services and inquiries
• review loan documentation for accuracy.
