What you'll do

• Maintain cattle system records and generate closeouts
• issue cattle payments
• reconcile financial discrepancies
• match scale tickets and receipts for cattle shipments
• prepare cattle reports
• weigh incoming commodity trucks and maintain commodity records
• schedule incoming commodity deliveries
• prepare weekly settlements and payments
• support cafeteria and custodial staff where applicable
• maintain financial controls and confidential records
• support new-hire paperwork and HR programs
• compile payroll data
• prepare invoices and perform data entry
• order office supplies as requested.

Why this role
