What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and COO on expansion planning, capitalization, and financial feasibility.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, working capital, banking relationships, credit facilities, and liquidity.
• Lead acquisition due diligence, valuation, integration, and performance management.
• Direct work-in-progress reporting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, fabrication cost controls, and tax strategy.
• Report to the board and ownership, lead finance and IT teams, and optimize the Trimble Viewpoint Vista ERP platform.
