What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple salons
• coach salon managers and hold them accountable for goals and standards
• drive service and retail sales, guest-count growth, and salon performance
• review key performance indicators and develop action plans with managers
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, retention, and leadership development
• maintain a consistent guest experience
• promote retail merchandising, product knowledge, inventory control, and backbar management
• visit salons to observe operations, review cleanliness, support teams, and follow up on priorities
• help managers set stylist goals and maintain accountability for productivity, rebooking, retail, and guest retention
• partner with ownership to address operational challenges and improve profitability.
