Job overview

The Play Team Member role is onsite in Rio Rancho, NM. Compensation is $12–$15 per hour. The role supports Defined Fitness members by supervising children while members use the facility. The team member helps provide a safe, clean, and engaging Kids Club environment for children ages 10 months to 12 years. Through supervision, activities, and prompt attention to safety concerns, the role supports families using the fitness club.

What you'll do

• Supervise and engage children during play activities
• encourage positive interactions
• maintain and organize the play area
• regularly sanitize toys and equipment
• provide visitors with information about programs, schedules, and facility rules
• collaborate on creative play sessions and special events
• respond to safety concerns or incidents using established protocols.

Why this role

Requires experience working with children ages 10 months to 12 years and valid infant and child CPR/AED certification by the first day of employment, maintained throughout employment. Free childcare is provided for the duration of each shift.
