What you'll do

• Receive and route incoming calls and document messages
• assist with medical record requests
• enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• collect copays and statement balances
• total charges on patient superbills
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• prepare referrals to specialty care as directed
• print and manage superbills and patient cover sheets
• track no-shows and rescheduled appointments
• help room patients as needed
• send review requests
• maintain customer service and professionalism.

Why this role

Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 7:45 a.m.–2 p.m. Bilingual English/Spanish and medical insurance or medical-field experience are preferred.
