What you'll do

• Coordinate lease paperwork for move-ins and move-outs
• prepare vacant units for qualified households
• complete income certifications and maintain tenant files
• inspect property common areas and apartments
• coordinate maintenance, repairs, service orders, and utilities
• help oversee on-site maintenance staff
• enforce lease terms and address resident compliance
• conduct marketing and applicant screening
• resolve resident complaints and refer social-service needs
• participate in community safety initiatives and respond to security issues as needed.
