What you'll do

• Manage multiple real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• work with clients to define scope, resources, estimates, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risks
• report project status
• coach project managers
• conduct proposal and bid evaluations
• keep work on schedule and resolve or escalate issues
• facilitate status meetings
• guide teams through implementation and completion.
