What you'll do

• Lead planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of Phase I oncology trials
• oversee CROs, vendors, and clinical sites
• mentor direct reports
• support site selection and initiation
• review study documents and monitoring reports
• conduct data reviews and maintain inspection readiness
• manage budgets, invoices, and contracts
• coordinate with internal functions
• prepare leadership updates
• improve SOPs and operational tools
• travel up to 15% for site visits, vendor meetings, and conferences.
