Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospective residents
• record visits and maintain guest cards
• tour apartments and explain features
• assist with applications, deposits, and lease paperwork in accordance with Fair Housing requirements
• process applications for approval and follow up with applicants
• help prepare apartments for move-in
• support resident orientation and renewals
• monitor advertising and local competition
• communicate service needs to the Property Manager.
