What you'll do

• Train, coach, monitor, schedule, and oversee Behavioral Health Associates
• support case management coordination
• monitor client well-being and house rules
• maintain reports and records
• conduct intakes and orientation
• document client behavior in EHR
• de-escalate emergencies
• follow medication procedures
• facilitate recovery skills groups as needed
• accompany or transport clients on approved passes.
