What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects from start to finish
• oversee subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trades
• maintain safe and clean jobsites
• coordinate schedules and sequencing
• enforce safety and code compliance
• document logs, photos, schedules, and communications in CoConstruct
• lead project and warranty meetings
• review subcontractor invoices, track budgets, and escalate change orders
• communicate proactively with clients.
