By managing a personal hiring pipeline, coaching recruiters, monitoring team results, and partnering with sales leaders and hiring managers, the role helps PHMG attract and hire the sales talent needed for its U.S. operations.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop two Talent Acquisition Recruiters
• monitor recruitment activity, pipeline health, conversion, and hiring results
• manage a personal recruitment pipeline and hiring targets
• own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• conduct phone screens and guide candidates through interviews
• partner with sales leaders and hiring managers
• maintain accurate candidate and hiring records in Greenhouse
• identify improvements to sourcing, candidate experience, and recruitment processes.
