Job overview

The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite across clinic, home, and school settings in Freehold, NJ, and the assigned territory. Pay is $25–$27 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. The role supports NeurAbilities Healthcare’s services for individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. The Lead RBT provides one-to-one services using Applied Behavior Analysis, implements treatment plans, and collects data while supporting clients’ daily living, social, academic, and communication skills. The role also mentors new behavior technicians and assists clinical staff with assessments, reporting, and clinic activities.

What you'll do

  • Work one-to-one with clients in office, home, or school settings using ABA approaches
  • implement instructional and behavior support plans
  • collect data
  • maintain program materials
  • assist clients with daily living, social, academic, and play activities
  • build therapeutic relationships
  • support safe replacement behaviors
  • follow treatment plans
  • collaborate with families and treatment teams
  • travel between sites as necessary
  • cover available substitute hours when sessions are canceled
  • mentor and train new BHTs as assigned
  • assist BCBAs/BCs with assessments, data collection, report writing, and clinic activities.
