What you'll do

• Support strategic, operational, and growth initiatives for the educational market
• oversee project delivery, architectural quality, resource planning, and workforce management
• monitor revenue forecasts, backlog, utilization, and project profitability
• support proposals, pursuit planning, and client relationships
• coordinate with project managers, HR, market leadership, and other offices
• promote continuous improvement, employee development, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
