What you'll do

• Oversee technical design and engineering
• select process equipment, vendors, and subcontractors
• coordinate field construction teams and subcontractors
• lead customer reviews
• work with the Plant Manager to resolve issues
• support continuous improvement using Lean methods
• ensure regulatory and industry-standard compliance
• promote safe process and equipment design
• report progress
• manage budgets and schedules.
