What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• train and onboard team members
• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing tasks, and safe and deposit logs
• monitor guest experience and food safety standards
• manage food ordering, inventory, cash procedures, and daily labor
• promote a positive work environment.
